What Does Tingling Sensation On The Right Side Of The Lips Indicate?
I am having tingling and numbness in my lips on the right side. I thought it was probably an allergy to something ate however now its tingling in my right arm and fingers It tends to come and go. I went to the basement about half an hour ago and got the same feelings in my right leg and foot. I grabbed the wall as I was going downstairs because I felt as if my leg was going to collapse. I am a type 2 diabetic with 3 stents in my heart. My insulin was changed to Novolin 70/30 injections about a week ago with no problems
Tingling and numbness of the right side of lips that has gradually spread to arm and leg on same side is not appearing to be due to allergic reaction..
Rather, considering your medical history, it can be a sign of Transient Ischemic Attack or nerve related problems.. You also need to get Vitamin B 12 levels checked..
So my suggestion is that you should not delay the symptoms and immediately consult an Emergency room and get evaluated..
After proper examination further investigation and diagnosis can be made..
Hope this helps.
Regards.
