Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Tingling sensation in upper back/ pain or lying in in sitting posture suggests Vitamin B12 deficiency OR cervical vertebral or disc problems. You should take rest/ hot fomentation/avoiding bending of neck.take vit, B12 over the countertill you see your doctor. Please consult your treating doctor for physical examination & investigations like X ray chest P/A , lateral view& blood examination for TLC, DLC , S. B12 estimation etc.followed by specific treatment or referral to spine surgeon. The lung issue you have needs to be reevaluated with consultation of treating doctor.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
