Hi I have been wanting sweets constantly and tired all the time.I thought I was pregnant because I missed my monthly for an entire month and I finally started two weeks late after missing the first month.I spotted for two days and I assumed that was my cycle.I don't know how to stop my sweet cravings and being tired
