General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The fluid in the subacromial bursa involving shoulder can be related to inflammatory changes following tendon, ligament, joint trauma most likely. Though the history of previous symptoms are not provided concerning for which purpose intra-articular injection was given, I would predict that was for control of underlying inflammation only. Still further detailed elaboration of the previous symptoms, current complains and MRI plates during follow up chat would be of immense help to co relate the data more efficient way. Till that time, strenuous exercises as baseball playing is not advisable which may worsen the issue underlying.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
