Hello Thanks for writing to HCM There is complex mixed solid -cystic masses noted in both ovary,possibility of cystadenocarcinoma.You need further investigation for confirmation. You need Contrast CT Scan of abdomen and tumour markers.Proper treatment depend upon clinical examination and investigation reports. There is also multiple fibroids in the uterus.
