hi I just got this report: the uterus is neutral in position measuring 12.2 x 5.7 x 6 cm . there is a hypoechoic heterogenerous mass of the intramural posterior fundus meaning 4.3 x 2.8 x 4.2 cm likely fibroid. Endometrium measures 1.2 cm transabdominally but .8cm transvaginally

right ovary measure 2.6 x 1.8 x 2.1 cm transabdominally and 2.1 x 1.9 x 2.4 cm transvaginally with multiple normal follicle noted . No adnexal mass. Left ovary measures 2 x 1.5 x 1.7 cm transabdominally and 2.7 x 1.6 x 1.8 cm transvaginally. Small follicle noted at up to 1.5 cm in size. NO free fluid seen .
