Hello and welcome to HCM, The test report shows presence of inflammation of tendon of muscles attached on the scapular bone. Inflammation of tendons lead to pain especially during movement and irritation. The cause of tendon inflammation has to be found out. It can be due to trauma, autoimmunity etc. Investigations need to be done to know the cause of inflammation and thus, treatment can be planned. Acromion arthropathy refers to inflammation of the joint formed between acromion and scapula. The cause of this inflammation can be similar to the cause behind tendinopathy.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja P Wahal
