hi in my ultrasound report says " The endomtrial stripe complex is slightly heterogeneous in appearance measurin 7mm in diameter. There is a complex cystic lesion within the left ovary demonstrating dependent echogenic material and measuring 1.7x1.1x1.7 cm compatible with a hemorrhagic corpus letheum. Small amount of free fluid within the cul-de-sac, likely physiologic". What does it mean?

There is complex cystic lesion in left ovary(measuring 1.7x1.1x1.7 cm) suggestive of hemorrhagic corpus luteum. In acute pain,it should be managed with antibiotics and analgesics.
