What Does Ultrasound Result, "baby Is Small And No Heartbeat" Indicates?
Hi I am 38, 2nd pregnancy 8 weeks. Dates are little off due to my short and irregular period. Last week i had my 1st trimester ultrasound baby is small & couldnt hear the heartbeat, is it missed miscarriage, there is no signs of bleeding yet, but my legs hurt, what should i do

I have gone through your question.
Small baby and no heart beats suggest possibility of bligted ovum/miscarriage.
As heart beats appear at 5/6 weeks.
So i would advise to wait for atleast 7 days as you are not sure about your date, then repeat ultrasound scan.
