What Does Ultrasound Testing Of Umbilical Artery For Placental Insufficiency Mean?

Hi,
My sister's pregnancy report says- Single intra uterine live gestation is seen.The fetus is in cephalic presentation with spine to left.Fetal cardiac activity (166 bts/min) regular.Fetal movement are active.No gross obvious anomalies are noted at this stage.Placenta is right anterior grade 3:normal maturity,not low lying.Adequate amniotic fluid is seen.Largest pocket of liqour amni is 4cm.AFI is 10.Average Gestational size:30 weeks 4 days.EFW is 1595g(+/- 15%) EDD by previous USG is 08-04-2015(+/- 2 weeks).Interval growth is normal.Biophysical profile is good.

One more report said Ultrasound testing of umbilical artery for placental insufficiency.
Can you please help me understand if everything is fine.
