What Does Unhealed Wound With Pin Hole Size Opening Suggest?
I have a wound from surgery months ago that just won t heal there are a couple of pin hole size openings still oozing stuff sometimes it will stop foe a few hours. My skin will bubble up then it will drain again. today blackblood came out after about 12 hrs closed?

If I were your treating Doctor for this case of UNFORTUNATE wound infection, I would like to suggest a microbiological culture/sensitivity test before debridement or drainage of the collection just to choose the appropriate antibiotics!
There must be some contamination, suture/dressing materials or superadded infection ...
I suggest you to go for an FNAC/ microscopic test also for confirmation and to relieve your concerns!
