General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query
An infiltrate is a collection of secretions, usually withing the airways.
This is usually Indicative of an Infection or inflammation.
If you don't have any symptoms, there is nothing to worry about. It may clear on its own.

I suggest repeating an x-ray after 6 months or sooner if you have symptoms ( cough, fever)

If you still have the infiltrate, a sputum test and culture to check for latent Infection should be done.

If there is any Infection, treatment will based on type and severity.

In the meantime, do steam inhalations twice a day to loosen secretions.
Deep breathing exercises will also help to clear it out.
Hope this helps.
Please letlet me know if there is anything else I can help you with
Wish you good health
