What Does Urine Analysis Results Interpret?

i had my urinalysis result as follows: please interpret for me
reaction: 6.5
sp. grav: 1030
sugar:(-)
albumin:(+1)
pus/wbc: 4-8hpf
rbc: 5-10hpf
epith. cells: moderate
amurates: moderate
mucus threads : few
bacteria: many
yeast cell: some
crytals: calcium oxalate crystal : many

please tell me thanks a lot...

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC,epithelial cells,mucus threads etc in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
