What Does Urine Analysis Results Suggest?

Hi, I am pregnant 6 months now, and I did my urine analysis today, as I start to have pain in the right side of my ovary, sometimes don't let me walk straight. However my results show PUS cells 1-2 HPF and my Epithelial cells 10-12 HPF. Please advise.

Thanks for writing to HCM

Your urine analysis is normal.
Up to 5 pus cells are normal in /HPF.
Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning.
Right sided pain may be due to other reasons.
Ultrasound of abdomen should be done.You also need proper clinical examination.
