What Does Urine Dipstick Result Mean?

Hi I'm a male 30 yrs old. 6'2 200 lbs workout often. I drink alot of water daily. But I have been experiencing chronic lower back pain, dark urine. No burning or frequency. I did a urine dipstick: small bilirubin, high specific gravity, 30 mg/dl protein. What does this meaning???

you have bilirubin present in your urine and small amount of protein you may have jaundice or some other illness. you need to go for urine routine micro examination and s. bilirubin test. and also go for liver function test if needed/
