Hello, thanks for writing in.
A bulky
uterus is a non-specific term to denote a large size. It is seen in
pregnancy and many other non-pregnant conditions.
The small
gestational sac like structure in the uterus may suggest a very early pregnancy, where the only thing to appear is the sac.
Morphology is important as well- If the sac is round and has a good echogenic ring around it, its an early but normal appearance of the sac.
I would suggest a followup in a 1-2 weeks to see sac growth and appearance of embryo and
yolk sac.
The cyst in the left adnexa is of ovarian origin- is mentioned to be endometriotic. It is small in size do not worry about it.
Ovarian cysts with echoes can also be hemorrhagic cysts or corpus luteal cysts. They just need monitoring on followup scans.
It is also important to know when was your last period, as there should not be a big disparity between menstrual age and
ultrasound age.
Do not worry, a followup scan will be more informative.
Hope this is helpful. All the best.
