What Does Uterus Ultrasound Report Mean ?
hi! im 30 yrs old. The description of my uterus is anterverted with a hypoechoic nodule, posterofundal, intramural, 1.4x 1.3x1.1cms.. the endometrium is heterogenously hyperechoic, volume=13.7 ml, consider intracavitary blood and or blood clot. Impressions: normal sized anteverted uterus and cervix. myoma nodule as describe. thickened endometrium, consider retained products of conception vs. blood clots. both ovaries unremarkable..what does my ultrasound report mean? can i concieved again? kindly enlighten me.. thank you very much

Yes,you can conceive again.There should be no problem.
There is small fibroid in your uterus measuring 1.4x 1.3x1.1cm in posterofundal region.
Fibroid uterus is a benign condition and normal pregnancy is possible with fibroid.If it is causing problem then myomectomy can be done depending upon conditions otherwise it is managed conservatively.
Endometrium is hyperechoic and it is thick,it may be due to products of conception or blood clots.
