What Does Vaginal Bleeding After Intercourse Indicate?

Hello, I have a period chart which usually inform me of when my period is supposed to start. It says my period is suppose to start on Sunday so I started taking Norethisterone on Thursday but only had 1 pill that day but then started taking it properly (3times a day) lm Friday. I had sex with my boyfriend on Friday night and started bleeding. Is it my period or?
