What Does Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy Indicate?

Hello doctor Iam 6week pregnant with twins.i experience some red color bleeding yesterday n some brown color bleeding today also.my doctor told me I have subchornial bleeding.she also told me to take tpurse 500.is it safe to take it??is it a symptoms of abortion??

yea.. it may be abortion as the 1st trimester(1st 13 weeks) is important to every pregnancy.. as it's the time for the embryo to perform vital organs..
symptoms are- vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, cold and clammy extremities, shock
