Hi Dr. I m 14wks pregnant and yesterday I found I was bleeding with lumps. My Dr. Prescribed me Trenaxa 500 along with Naturogest SR 300 both 3 times a day. My sonography report shows Chorioamniotic Separation. I would like to know if everything is ok with my pregnancy??

Hi
Thanks for trusting HealthCare magic for your health problems.

Chorioamniotic membrane separation especially before 14 weeks gestation is considered a benign incidental finding. However careful search for aneupliodic and other developmental anomalies is often recommended if a spontaneous chorioamniotic separation is detected after 14 weeks.
Consult gynecologist to prevent complications related to it.

Dr hiren
