What Does Vaginal Spotting Along With Dizziness And Abdominal Cramps Indicate?
Hi I m a 28year old female I had 3kids and got my tubes tied just 2years ago I never had a problem with my period till now. I spotted blood for 3days before my period come and it lasted for 5days it was really bad this time around. So after I stopped bleeding i started getting dizzy spells to the point I blacked out and woke up on the floor for no reason and I still get the dizzy spells well it s been 2weeks I stopped bleeding now im having brown discharge and now it s turning to a reddish brown color even in the toilet and I have some stomach cramps. What do you think is going on?
