Hello,

If the first few pregnancy tests came out negative it may be due to the test being done early. If the last one was positive then it confirms the pregnancy. Spotting while pregnant, especially in the first trimester can happen in 20% of women and half of them continue with the pregnancy. Generally there is no way to know which pregnancy with go on and there is no treatment specific but just wait and watch. So to conclude i would say that you just need to rest a little and see your doctor if the bleeding is not stopping or is worse.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
