What Does Vibrating Sensation In The Stomach Indicate?

On my left side of my stomach I get a buzzing vibrating feeling mainly at night while I m lying down and a few times a day, it makes me feel like I m hungry which I know I m not and it makes weird rumbly noises. It is not painful but is very uncomfortable and annoying. I have had it for about 4 months.

In intestinal obstruction loud abdominal sound present.
Abdominal x ray helpful for diagnosis.
