What Does Vomiting Along With Dizziness And Weakness Indicate?

I am a retired Cardiac Intensive Care RN. My husband and I just returned from a cruise to Cuba. Temp. in mid 90 s with high humidity. He is 67 years old with great health except Rheumatoid Arthritis. Two days ago he developed weakness, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea. He also had a sunburn. I encouraged him to hydrate, obstain from ETOH and stay cool. He has a fever on 102.8 today and still had diarrhea. Has not vomited but has weakness and dizziness. Feedback please.

General Surgeon 's  Response
As per the history given by you, it seems that he is suffering from Gastero-enteritis or some kind of food poisoning. Let him have lots of oral fluids, rest, and I would strongly suggest that you get his blood investigation CBC + ESR, Stools routine and culture. You would like to consult a Gastroenterologist or a Internal Medicine Physician for treatment.
