What Does Vomiting Along With Numbness In The Arms And Legs Indicate?

Hello Dr. My Son, age 46 , suffered aheat stroke, he thinks, about a week ago. Iam not sure, and wanted some ADVICE. He wont see a Dr. He was very sick, vomited a lot. almost f ainted hisarms and legs went numb and started drawing up on him. Barely able to say words and could not, walk. He is improving and feels some better, Is it advisable for him to return to work tomorrow, in your opinion?

In this case scenario it is not at all advisable to him to get into his work. Take rest for another 7 to 10 days and then accordingly decide.
