What Does Water In Uterus Mean?

I had an ultrasound and they found water in my uterus, what does this mean? the reason why they did the ultrasound is because mystomach is beyond bloated, is this a symptom of water in the uterus? i have an appointment with a gynocologist in a few weeks, is this the right type of doctor to see?
