What Does Weakness And Headache After Sleeping In Dusty Area Indicate?

Hi, I recently fell asleep in an area that had drywall dust in the air. Throughout the night I noticed that I rapidly began to feel odd (Turned on the fan, opened windows, etc) when I woke up the next morning I felt like I had a bad case of the flu. I felt very weak, my stomach was slightly upset, I had a really bad headache that wouldn t go away. I avoided the dusty environment after that, but the next night (last night) I had a fever and chills. Should I be concerned?

and paracetemol for fever.
