Hello,

How old are you? Since when are you suffering from above problem? Are you smoker or alcoholic?

The possible causes are:
1. Saturday night palsy
2. Cervical Spondylosis with compressive neuropathy
3. Diabetes or amyloidosis induced neuropathy
4. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
5. Hypothyroidism or Reynaud disease
6. Cardiac problem et cetera

Unless examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your neurophysician/physician, they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
