What Does Weakness While Having Hypertension Despite Negative Test Results Indicate?

Hi, My wife has been complaining of extreme weakness for last 2 weeks. All her tests including haemoglobin, liver, kidney functions, ECG & abdominal & pelvic ultrasound has been normal. None of the tests had explained the reason for such extreme weakness. She is 45 years old. She is hypertensive and had been taking Concord 2.5 mg tablet once daily & her BP is mostly under control. Please advise

I can understand your concern.
Since your wife is approaching menopause, hormonal imbalance is the likely cause for her weakness.
So get done hormone levels.
She may need hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Calcium, vitamin D3 and vitamin B complex supplements are also beneficial in Menopausal age.
Don't worry, she will be alright.
