General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection with possibly bacterial vaginosis also. A swab test should be done to rule out the condition. A pelvic examination by gynecologist should be done to rule out any pelvic inflammatory disorders also. For yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis i would suggest combination of antibiotics like metronidazole or clindamycin with clotrimazole as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets. Using intimate wash regularly also will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
