What Does White Vaginal Discharge Post Treatment For Thrush Suggest?
Hi there! I ve recently started treating my first bout of thrush, on both my anus and vagina, caused by some antibiotics. As it went untreated for a while and as I kept scratching, I think this caused dry skin that eventually started to flake away. Now my thrush is started to heal, but there s now a white discharge with an unusual odour, which feels almost wet. The outside skin is still a little itchy. Is this BV or something else? What sort of discharge is associated with herpes? Thank you!

Continue with and finish your thrush treatment. Then visit a clinic for a vaginal swab test and a urine culture and sensitivity examination. These should help determine the cause.
Herpes discharge is usually and not used to identify the infection. Herpes is usually identified with the help of the physical presentation, blisters, etc.
