Hi,I would like to analyze the stool report of my 2 yr kid.Here are the details:Color: Yellow Consistency: Semi Solid Mucus : Present(+)Adult Worms: Absent Reaction: Acidic Frank Blood: Absent Bacteria: Present(+)Yeast Cells(Stool): Present(+)Pus cells: 10 - 12

Hello

Your baby report suggests intestinal infection(colitis).Infection is indicated by presence of bacteria and pus cells in stool.
Presence of yeast in stool may be due to dysfunctional immune system or gastrointestinal distress.
Culture and sensitivity of stool should be done for prescribing right antibiotics.
Baby should be given adequate fluids.
Mucus is normally found in stool.
