What Does Yolk Sac Of 7 Mm In The Below Transvaginal Scan Report Suggest?

Hello doctor, I am akshata, had a transvaginal scan last day... i am 7 weeks 3 days pregnant now. I underwent iui on my 18th day of my cycle. the scan analysis says,yolk sac to be 7mm and no fetal pole seen. what does this depict?? could you please tell me if this is ok condition or any complications????

Absence of fetal pole when yolk sac is 7 mm&pregnancy stands for 7 weeks...
it suggests poßiblity of blighted ovum/chemcal pregnancy.
please get a repeat scan after a week to confirm
