What Dosage Of Bisoprolol Is Advisable For Sinus Tachycardia?

Hi there, I had been put on Metoprolol (23.75mg) for Sinus Tachycardia and 1st degree heart block, I had bad side effects from that and have now been put on Bisoprolol instead, should I be taking 1.25mg or 2.5mg of this beta blocker as the doctor has told me one thing and the nurse/chemist the other? Please let me know your thoughts. Cheers
