What Dosage Of Hemanex Is Prescribed To Treat Excess Menstrual Bleeding?
Last May and June 2015 i don t have my menstruation. This July I menstruated but it last for more than three weeks and i m turning 49. I have the same case last year and my ob game me hemanex to controll the bleeding. i forgot the dosage if how many capsules i am going to take. thank you.

Hemanex is tranexamic acid which is anti-fibrinolytic which stabilize the clot formation and thereby reduce bleeding. Recommended dose in excess bleeding during menstruation is 1300 mg three times a day for upto 5 days during bleeding.
