What Dosage Of Mestinon Advisable For Ocular Myasthenia?
My daughter has ocular myasthenia gravis. Diagnosed by ophthalmologist and neurologist. Her left eye is no longer responding to the Mestinon. She has upped her dosage to 2.5 60 mg tid. Her doctor can t see her until Dec 18 What is the max dosage daily of Mestinon?

I really appreciate your concern, instead of increasing the dose of drug differential diagnosis and some other molecules needs to be thought else you are not suppose to increase the dose without clinical examination nor it is advisable it is not like analgesic drugs hope this information helps.
