What Dosage Of Protein-X Is Advisable For An Adolescent?

Hey!!! I hv read all the reviews n the dosage knowledge too the only question I want to ask is I m 20yrs old boy my weight is 67kgs I workout daily fr and an hour can u plzz plzzz tell me the routine I hv to take the PROTEINX I mean the time n amount pls...!!

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Protein X is a protein rich supplement, which is indicated to be taken for conditions which would require additional protein intake. Along with protein, it also has adequate quantities of carbohydrates, fats, dietary fiber, iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Since you are working out, the dosage recommended for you to be taken is 2 scoops in a cup of milk twice daily.
It would be advisable for you to compensate protein by dietary means in case you would like to reduce the intake of proteins by consuming Protein X.
