What Dosage Of Rivotril Is Advisable For An Epilepsy Patient?

Good morning Dr.my son aged 25.weight 63kg suffer of MJEpilepsy..He on keppra and took zopax for the side effect of keppra last 2 years Zopax was 1.0 daily.We now want to replace zopax with Klinopine after he suffered a seizure when he tried to stop the zopax .what dosage of rivitrol should he take daily?
