Hello,
Vyvanse overdose is potentially fatal and therefore you should contact emergency services or see your doctor whenever you are aware that you have taken more than the recommended dose. Furthermore, you are already using more than the maximum allowed daily dose (which is 70 mg per day).
However, it is not clear what dose of Vyvanse could be considered as an overdose in an individual, because it depends on how long the drug has been used in the past: the longer it has been used the higher the body tolerance towards it and this is very different from person to person.
Whenever you will notice any unusual, more severe or persisting signs and symptoms after taking the drug (such as
dizziness,
tremor, stomach pain, rapid breathing, sweating, irritability, panic, headache,
dry mouth,
tiredness,
depression, etcetera, then these could be indicative of overdose and you need to call medical services to help you.
I suggest you find a system that will remind you of how many pills you have taken in a day, such as setting a reminder in your smartphone.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ervin Toçi
