Hi. I m more than 5 weeks pregnant. Just got know. Didn t take folic acid yet. What dosage is recommended for me? Plz guide. My first baby is 10 months old now. And I m 23 years old. 50kg wt. I was 55kg before six months Thanks so much for the help
