What Dosage Of Protein Is Required For A Healthy Person?
I just started taking protien x n i bought chocolate flavour of this. My body weight is 60 kgs n i m 19 years old n i do regular workout weight lift, pushups n other exercises but i dnt go to jim because of some timing issues. My body is in proper shape n m not skinny at all, so iwanted to ask can i take protien x in water as well if yes then how much protien per day is required for me. Replay as soon as possible thnks
