What Dosage Of Protein Is Required For A Healthy Person?

I just started taking protien x n i bought chocolate flavour of this. My body weight is 60 kgs n i m 19 years old n i do regular workout weight lift, pushups n other exercises but i dnt go to jim because of some timing issues. My body is in proper shape n m not skinny at all, so iwanted to ask can i take protien x in water as well if yes then how much protien per day is required for me. Replay as soon as possible thnks

Understanding your concern. As per your query you want to know about protein requirement for healthy person . Well teenage like need around 52 grams a day. But if your are doing strenuous exercises like weight lifting then your body require more protein then normal . The extra protein your require depend upon the the type of exercises , duration , strength and duration of exercises . I would suggest you to consult nutritionist for proper evaluation of your condition and prescribe right amount of protein .
