What Dose Of Clexane Can Be Taken Before A Flight?
I am on 40mg daily dose of clexane with aspirin 75mg in pregnancy at 8 weeks. I am taking a 10 hour flight. Any advise on what dose of clexane to take before the flight? How many days before and after the flight? How many hours before the flight should I start.

It is not related to the flight at all or the dose of Clexane. You are already anti-coagulated. You should just continue the treatment you have already and do changes without discussing first with your treating doctor.
