Hello, Minimal choriodecidual separation which does not progress is observed in many cases with early trimester bleeding. Subsequently, with rest and proper precautions, pregnancy is uneventful and progresses to term. To assess the course of events, serial sonograms coupled with serial serum beta-hCG titres are used. Doubling of titres every 2-3 days indicates good progress of pregnancy and so is the sonographic evidence of no further bleeds. Please take rest until things settle. Wish you good health.
