What Else Besides Pepto Bismol Can Be Taken For Diarrhea And Vomiting?

sometimes after eating, could be right after or sometimes hours later, I have cramping. It causes diarrhea, excessive saliva, sometimes vomiting. and always feel wiped out after all done. Pepto Bismol Max helps most of the time. Been this way for about 20 years.

Nothing happens for no reason. Your symptoms must be caused by some issue in the gastrointestinal tract. It is not normal that you have such symptoms.
As it last for so long, most probable reason is IBS.
If you have had any surgery before it has started, partial bowels obstruction can be the reason. Sometimes chronic bacterial infection can give such symptoms as well.
Foods intolerance can also be the reason.
I suggest you to visit gastroenterologist and have some diagnostics. Please start with stool test, stool culture test, thyroid test, blood work, pancreas and liver tests. Colonoscopy and abdominal CT with oral contrast (enteroclysis) should be considered.
For IBS treatment (it can be diagnosed by ruling all other disease out), you should try Rifaximine treatment. For cramps and diarrhea relief Trimebutinum treatment can be beneficial.
I have give so many possibilities as its hard to diagnose your problem from the point of this service.
