Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am suffering with severe muscle weakness in my legs. It started with a foot slap and has now developed into foot drop in my left leg causing me to limp. I have type 2 diabetes (controlled). I have seen a neurologist and had an MRI and they found I have a mild buldge in my L4 & L5 and an annular tear and there is some narowing but nothing else affecting my legs. I had a nerve conductivity test which showed my nerves were off doing their own little thing not following any rules. It is now to the point that I cant squat and get back up. I have been seeing a personal trainer for 2.5 years but have had to stop. I continually fall from the drop foot and the inability of my foot to flex. Any exercises I can do ?
