What Exercise I Can Do For Dislocated Shoulder ?

my left shoulder was dislocated on 22 Jan 2011.that time after locating x ray fount in right position.but after removing crape bandage again in today x ray it is found again dislocated but there is no pain or swelling in the shoulder.is surgery is necessary for me or by any exercise it will cure?

thanks for choosing health care magic.See it is important to know the place from where your shoulder gets dislocated.Recurrent shoulder dislocation needs surgery.Or else you can learn your self how to fit it back.After that in consultation with your physio and doctor you can do some exercise which will strengthen your muscles and prevent recurrent dislocation.
