What Exercises And Stretches Help In Preventing The Hamstring Pulls?
hamstring pull I have pulled my hamstring twice in the past 6months I am very active I love sports I ran track I play football I am 5'9" 175-180lbs I'm not over weight its muscle just thought I would throw that fact in but my hamstring pull feels like it is a the very Bottom of my hamstring and my question is what are some excercises and stretches that I can do to prevent this injury from happening again

Hamstring pulls happens only when there is over use of muscle or there is weakness of hamstring. Here there are two ways you can prevent it. 1. Do hamstring donning and strengthening. 2. Do warm up as well cool down stretch before and after play.
Now the exercises part is basicaly in gym with equipment you can do tinning as well strengthning exercises keeping other body part fixed. You will get to know details when you visit a gym.
You can also get some ankle weight cuff and lying on your stomach position. By folding against gravity with ankle weight cuff also you can do hamstring strengthening.
For stretching in standing or long sitting position just by pressing knee down and stretching feet towards your face you can feel stretch in your hamstring muscles.
I also suggest to visit a physiotherapist for detail examination and practical suggestion and demonstration on exercises. I am sure this will be useful for you if you follow it step by step way.
