What Exercises Can Be Done To Keep Weight In Check?

hi i had a stroke in oct 2010 which left me with rite side hemyplesis and impaired speach and swallow. i ve had medical clearance from my g p . i was 42 at the time. i m looking fpor some kind of exercise to do to help me keep my weight in check. my mobility is impaired and also have been diagnosed with C O P D

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You should do some passive exercises, like lifting the right hand with the left hand. tie a smooth rope with pulley at the top to the right foot, and pull it with the left hand.
Try to squeeze some thing like rubber ball with a hole, with the right hand frequently.
Try to make sounds like woo, hoo etc. Try to keep the B.P under control.
