hi,
take the help of a physiotheraphist..
he willl assess the strength of your legs and advise proper exercises accordingly, not just advising he supervises your workouts progress...
he can also help your with muscle stimulation machines..
you may have to visit your ortho before you start doing physio..
wish you good luck..
if you have any more queries i would be happy to help you..
