What Food Items Can Be Consumed After An Obstructive Bowel Surgery?

My female cousin had obstructive bowel surgery and was put on dialysis simultaneously for acute kidney failure. What foods should she eat to help rejuvenate her kidneys in hopes of not being on dialysis for the rest of her life? What foods should she avoid as well. She is 63 and has high blood pressure and can t take her medicine on the day of dialysis! Sorry didn t know I had to pay and I AM WITHOUT ANY UNEARMARKED FUNDS!

her renal function test should be done regularly. she can take her medicine on day of dialysis. she has to avoid high protein diet and oily food take fresh fruits and vegetable.
